This is my third elevator pitch. I didn't change much from my previous pitch because I hadn't gotten much feedback. I made sure to emphasize why consumers would want to use my mobile scooter repair service. I also made sure to explain how I will overcome the major obstacles that result from doing scooter repairs onsite instead of doing them in a shop. I think the feedback I have gotten over the past few pitches has been fair and reasonable. If I were to correct anything in this pitch, I would probably improve the quality of the video and the angle from which it was recorded. I think I'm becoming more comfortable with these elevator pitches over time, which will benefit me in the future when I have to potentially give a real pitch to customers for a job. Hopefully I can improve this pitch even further and apply what I have learned to my presentations in other classes and interactions at work.
Riley,
ReplyDeleteOne little thing your pitch may be able to be improved with would be to try to not say things like "I think this is good because..." Instead you could simply state the reasons as to why your product addresses the unmet needs of the community. Other than that you did great and I would use this service for sure!
Riley,
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed your elevator pitch and i have noticed how much you have improved over the course. You had much better posture and you did a tremendous job delivering your ptich. I really do like your product and i think with the proper resources and management it can turn into a succesful company.
Hi,
ReplyDeleteIt shows that you have become more comfortable and have this pitch pretty much memorized which is wonderful and makes everything sound more professional.
Hi Riley,
ReplyDeleteI think you did an excellent job of identifying ways in which you can improve your product. You then were able to use these deficiencies to improve your pitch as a whole. You seemed much more comfortable as a whole and really seemed to improve your overall delivery. I agree that practicing and delivering multiple elevator pitches will not only help you in this class but also in your future endeavors.
